President Message

I express my very sincere appreciation and respect to all those who love mankind and express this love by taking care of suffering humanity.

 

I warmly welcome you to the official website of the Dock Workers Welfare Association of Port Qasim Authority. Our association was officially registered in 2020 and since than the Dock Workers Welfare Association of Port Qasim Authority has been serving the dock workers of Port Qasim with utmost efforts.

 

As the only registered welfare association of the dock workers in Pakistan we at Port Qasim strive to assist dock workers working at Port Qasim during their time of need to the best of our abilities, using available resources. Our diverse group of Members and Volunteers are our greatest strength. Their continued support has fortified our noble cause of serving distressed community members.

 

With their support, our Members, volunteers, and our generous sponsors demonstrated their true spirits of being human beings. Many community projects were launched by Dock Workers Welfare Association of Port Qasim Authority, including projects such as the distribution of financial assistance, facilitating medical assistance, family assistance, aid to offer pilgrimage and spiritual journey to dock workers affiliated with different religions, as well as sponsoring air tickets for emergencies etc.

 

The strong alliances amongst dock workers working and different stevedoring companies working at Port Qasim make it possible for us to support our association.

 

I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors, Core Committee members, Sub Committee members, members, volunteers, sponsors, their families, and the community for their continuous support extended towards our association, enabling us to serve vulnerable dock workers working at Port Mohammad Bin Qasim.

 

I have no doubt that with support from the public at large, stevedoring companies and other company owners we can achieve greater milestones. Hence, I wish to request every one while allocating your spare time to volunteer in our future projects. Additionally, we encourage support from Business organizations to partner with us and sponsor our community services and projects.
